A handsome Brown Classic Tabby neutered male,
 Kankoonkats
Buster Bocephus is our "Clown"earning him the
nickname Bo-Bo. We were given the opportunity to adopt him as a 12-week
old kitten just a few weeks after Snickers
flew home with us. We figured if one Maine Coon is good TWO must be
better!Bo moved in and made himself right "at home." A multi-talented boy ~ he not only catches his favorite toy mice, he "throws" them back. His many antics keep us laughing ~ he's better than watching TV any day! Always a favorite "uncle" to all the kittens, Bo is occasionally called upon to "baby sit" where he demonstrates his true Maine Coon nature as a "Gentle Giant." Bo loved entertaining his many admirers in the show hall, both on the judging table and laying out in his grooming space. Bo knew that was his "spot," and on more than one occasion he remained calmly lying there when his forgetful people walked away and left him out on the grooming space! OOPS! We've been told this is a trait Bo inherited from his sire RW, GC Jayhawkcats Sir Buster T. of Kankoonkats. Bo has the distinction of being the fifth Grand out of his dam, GC Idlemaine Sundae Dream'n of Kankoonkats, DM, ~ earing her the title of Distinguished Merit in CFA. Bocephus had a stellar show career. He has to his credit a Regional Kitten win in TICA where he finished as 18th Best AB Kitten and 2nd Best Maine Coon Kitten in TICA's Great Plains Region the following year Bo was the 20th Best Alter in TICA's GPR! As an adult in CFA, Bocephus finished just out of the top 20 with only 82 rings in the Gulf Shore Region. We love this handsome boy!!! |
